Shipping Policy
The Indian Rose (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.theindianrose.studio). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
All prices are inclusive of taxes. There is Free shipping on order value above 999/-Except COD (which is only applicable in India) which will hold Rs. 80/- extra charge.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-5 days. However, delays can happen considering some unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

3.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at contact@theindianrose.studio so that we can conduct an investigation.
4. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link on their email id from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
5. International Shipments
We will take 2-3 days shipment time, after which order will be delivered 10-12 days depending on the location. For safety, we can give you 100% assurance. If still the product gets damaged by any chance during transit, we send a new one at no extra cost if in stock, otherwise we refund the money. You just need to make a video while opening the package. All of The Indian Rose's orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX/UPS/India Post/Aramex depending on location. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.
